The control systems are based on Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) world-wide brands (SIEMENS, ABB, HONEYWELL, etc.). The control systems are conceived as a local autonomous control systems for the control of the bag filter in automatic mode, mainly in vacuum or overpressure mode.

Possibilities of control systems:

• devices of the ESP – heating systems, ash transport, other
• field instrumentations of the ESP – temperature sensor, position a rotary sensor, level sensor, concentration and flow sensor, other
• connection to decentralized control system – Profinet, Profibus DP, Modbus RTU, other

Scope of Delivery:

• iron-plate, side by side switchboard (dimension and protection degree according to project’s requirements) equipped with: controlling and signalling elements (Emergency stop included), operator panel (LCD)
