Control systems are based on Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) world-wide brands (SIEMENS, ABB, HONEYWELL, etc.). The control systems are local, autonomic systems for controlling and signalling states of all devices of the electrostatic precipitator (ESP).

For the control systems we produce visualizations for representation operating states and remote controlling of the ESP’s devices. The visualisations are based on software world-wide brands (Control Web, WinCC, InTouch, etc.).

Possibilities of control systems:

• devices of the ESP – VHV sources, rapping systems, heating systems, ash transport, other
• field instrumentations of the ESP – temperature sensor, position a rotary sensor, level sensor, concentration and flow sensor, other
• connection to decentralized control system – Profinet, Profibus DP, Modbus RTU, other

Scope of Delivery:

• iron-plate, side by side switchboard (dimension and protection degree according to project’s requirements) equipped with: controlling and signalling elements (Emergency stop included), operator panel (LCD)
